Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped UPS ground, FedEx ground or
common carrier. It is important to us that your order
is received complete and undamaged. To accomplish
this, all small orders are double boxed for added
protection. We palletize large orders, securing single-boxed
cases with stretch wrap to the pallets. We will provide
you with shipping charges prior to processing your
order.
If your shipment arrives damaged note this with the
carrier immediately then notify us. Failure to do
so within 3 business days from day of receipt may
result in a denied claim. Customer must keep damaged
item and packaging for shipper’s inspection.
What will I receive when
my mural arrives?
Each box is labeled with its contents. Every order
includes a number grid of the artwork (as shown below)
indicating the location of each tile. The back of
each tile is numbered according to the grid with an
arrow indicating direction of the tile. Instructions
on installation and maintenance are included.

Return Policy
All sales for custom work are final. We hand-inspect
all tile prior to shipping to ensure that only top
quality product is shipped. Should you experience
problems with your tile, you may return the tiles
to us for evaluation. Please contact us by phone or
e-mail prior to returning the tiles. The tile must
be securely packaged and protected by the plastic
bags in which they were received, so as to insure
that they arrive in good condition. We will replace
any manufacturer defects discovered upon delivery.
