Can I use my own artwork
or photograph to have a tile mural made?
Yes you can. All our work is custom done for our customers.
Are there any size limits?
The only limits are due to the quality of your artwork.
How do I place an order?
Use our order form. Please complete as much information
as possible and we will get back to you with a final
cost including shipping.
Can I get sample tiles?
Yes. Sample tiles are printed with images on them.
Each tile type requires a $10 deposit plus shipping.
Once we receive the tiles back in their original condition,
we will either refund your deposit or credit it to
your mural order (less shipping fees).
How does the order process
work for murals?
There are a number of steps involved to complete a
tile mural.
- We work with the client to determine the final
size of the mural taking into consideration the
overall area and the tile sizes used to make up
the mural. The type of tile is based on where the
mural will be installed.
- Upon receiving a customer’s artwork our
graphics department resizes the image to the correct
dimensions then lays the image into a grid. A digital
proof of the mural grid is sent to the customer
for approval.
- The tiles are produced.
- The mural is put together in the factory and examined
for quality.
- The tiles are packaged and shipped.
Will I get a proof?
Yes. All orders receive a proof. The image is sent
via email for your review and approval. Upon approval
of the proof tile we start creating your mural. If
a sample tile is requested one can be provided.
How long does it take
to make a mural?
Depending on the size and complexity most murals are
completed in 1-4 weeks after approval of proof.
Can you install the tiles
for us?
Sorry we do not offer installation services. If you
feel uncomfortable installing yourself you can hire
a local professional to help you. We will be happy
to answer any questions regarding installation.
I broke a tile what do
I do?
We can replace the tile from your order. Let us know
your order number and which tile number you need from
the grid we supplied you.
How do I maintain the
tiles once installed?
Tiles can be cleaned with any non-abrasive cleaner.
The gloss tiles should ONLY be dusted.
Can the tiles fade?
The tiles, just like your furniture, carpeting, draperies,
etc. will fade over time. The amount of time it takes
to fade depends on the amount of direct light the
mural is exposed to.
Can the tiles be used
outdoors?
We don’t recommend tiles be exposed to heavy
direct sunlight. UV testing done has shown some fade
after 2 years. You can spray clear coat on the tiles
for added protection against sun exposure.
Can I return the mural?
Sorry. Each mural is custom made and is not returnable.
